Refund and Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 23, 2026

This policy applies to subscriptions and credit packs purchased through Advariant. Mandatory rights under applicable law remain unaffected.

1. Free Trial

The Advariant free trial does not result in an automatic charge. A paid subscription begins only when the user actively selects a plan and completes payment.

2. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel their subscription at any time. The subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period and will not renew afterward. Cancellation does not constitute a refund, and charges already paid for the current period are not automatically refunded.

If a subscription refund is approved, the subscription will end immediately and the related plan access and unused credits will be removed.

3. Refund Eligibility

  • A refund request may be submitted within 24 hours of the first subscription payment if none of the paid credits have been used.
  • Subscription charges are generally non-refundable once paid credits have been used.
  • Renewal and plan upgrade charges are generally non-refundable, except in cases of duplicate charges, incorrect amounts, or other confirmed technical billing errors.
  • A credit pack refund may be requested within 24 hours of purchase only if none of the credits have been used. Used credit packs are non-refundable.
  • All requests are subject to review. Submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

4. Failed AI Tasks

If an AI task fails because of a system or model error, credits for the failed portion will be returned according to the applicable product rules. A credit return is not a cash refund.

Credits used for successfully generated results that can be viewed or downloaded are non-refundable.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email HKdeveloper@neuxmind.ai and include:

  • Your Advariant account email;
  • Payment date and amount;
  • Stripe payment ID, invoice ID, or other order information; and
  • The reason for your request.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Refunds normally take 5 to 10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider and card issuer.

If you have a question about a charge, please contact us before filing a payment dispute. We may temporarily restrict paid account features while a chargeback or payment dispute is under review.
