1. Information We Collect

When you sign in with Google, we may receive your name, email address, profile image, and Google account identifier from Google. We do not obtain or store your Google account password.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Advariant does not store your complete payment card number or card security code.

2. How We Use Information

• Create, maintain, and protect user accounts;
• Provide transcription, creative analysis, script generation, video generation, and asset management features;
• Process subscriptions, credits, billing, payments, refund requests, and customer support;
• Maintain the stability and security of the Service and prevent fraud and abuse;
• Troubleshoot errors, understand feature usage, and improve the product experience;
• Comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and dispute-resolution requirements.

3. AI Services and Model Training

We do not use reference materials, product materials, prompts, scripts, or generated content submitted by users to train Advariant's own models.

To provide the AI features requested by users, relevant content may be sent to third-party AI service providers for processing. These providers process such content in accordance with their service agreements, data processing terms, and applicable configurations.

4. Third-Party Services and International Processing

We may use third-party authentication, payment, cloud computing, storage, analytics, security, and AI model services to provide the Service.

These providers process information only to the extent necessary to provide product features, process payments, maintain security, provide support, or meet compliance requirements. Because some providers may be located in other countries or regions, user information may be processed or stored outside the user's country or region.

We take reasonable steps to require relevant providers to process user information in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.

5. Data Retention

User-generated content is retained for the period displayed for the user's purchased subscription plan. When the applicable retention period expires, the content may be deleted and may no longer be recoverable.

Account information is generally retained while the account remains active. After an account is closed, we will delete or anonymize relevant information within a reasonable period.

Order, billing, payment, refund, dispute, and security records may be retained for as long as necessary to meet applicable legal, financial, tax, risk management, and dispute-resolution requirements.

6. Analytics and Related Technologies

We may use cookies, analytics tools, or similar technologies to collect device, browser, IP address, page visit, feature usage, and error information to operate the Service, understand product usage, and improve the user experience.
